Best alternative if not ownedNeeds More Data · choose from the player’s owned Guardian roster instead of guessing.

ConfidenceHigh for identity/position summary · lower for exact skill wording and current comparative value.

WhyThe surviving project evidence supports Black Knight’s front-line counter/support identity, but it does not prove that Black Knight is the best current Guardian choice for every account.

VERIFIED GAME INFORMATION / RECOVERED INTAKE

What the evidence supports

Opening damage reductionRecovered completed-intake summary records a 45% opening damage-reduction effect.

Counterattack burstRecovered summary records an 800% counter burst as a defining offensive mechanic.

Allied skill amplificationRecovered summary records support that amplifies allied skill output.

The recovered summary does not preserve the exact skill names, trigger wording, duration, targeting, level gates or all conditions for these three effects. Those details are intentionally not invented here.

TAUKS ANALYSIS

Support + Attack

Black Knight's documented identity combines survivability at the opening of battle, a heavy counterattack burst and allied skill amplification. That supports the TAUKS functional label Support + Attack.

VERIFIED / RECOVERED POSITION

Front line

The September working guide classifies Black Knight as a front-position Guardian and describes it as a true front-line counter/support anchor.

This is a role/position record from the completed intake layer, not a claim that Black Knight is universally optimal in every Guardian formation.

RELATED LINEUP

Preserved Guardian benchmark

TAUKS historical records preserve the formation Black Knight → Bright Ponerine → Giant Jaw as a prior Guardian PvP benchmark.

The historical grade attached to that formation belongs to an older Ruby reference layer. It is preserved for project continuity and should not be read as a current universal ranking.

TAUKS ANALYSIS

Conservative publication

The website publishes only the Black Knight facts that survived the completed intake record: S3, Guardian, melee, front position, Support + Attack, 45% opening damage reduction, 800% counter burst and allied skill amplification.

NEEDS MORE DATA

Skill-panel cross-check retained

The project record explicitly says the detailed skill conditions should be checked against the original skill evidence before a full eight-skill card is published. This profile therefore avoids filling gaps by inference.
