LINEUP CENTER

Start with what you want to improve.

Choose troop class and battle type first. Then compare the archived Basic 6 / Advanced 6 charts, maturity bands, and S6-only test material without treating one lineup as best for every account.

QUESTION FIRST

What are you trying to improve?

Pick one path. Every path keeps Front → Middle → Back order visible and preserves evidence labels such as META, READY, TEST and CHECK.

Formation order: Front absorbs the earliest pressure, Middle connects the formation, and Back is usually protected longest. TAUKS only locks a position when the evidence supports it.
Basic 6 is quick reference with no star assumptions. Advanced 6 keeps the archived development assumptions.
Maturity Charts S6 Best-in-Slot (PTP)

MATURITY CHARTS

Build for the age of the roster — not just the newest season.

These chart families model how a real account matures. Older ants can remain stronger because duplicate copies have had more time to build stars, while newly released ants may still be 0★.

NEW STRUCTURE
Current Season 6 development envelope: S = 8★ · S3 = 7–8★ · S4 = 3–8★ · S5 = 1–5★ · S6 = normally 0★. A current player may own 3–4 different S6 ants without having duplicate copies to star them. S1/S2 are treated as mature legacy ants; each finished chart will show the exact assumed stars used for every ant rather than forcing one global value.
BAND 1 · NOW PUBLISHED

S + S1–S3

Legacy / early-season maturity band. Built around highly developed older ants and the first seasonal replacements.

Publication rule: exact stars shown beside each ant; no automatic downgrade merely because an ant is older.

BAND 2 · PUBLISHED

S2–S4

Mid-progression band. Older S2/S3 investments compete directly against newer S4 options rather than being erased from the lineup.

Key comparison: developed older ant versus partially starred S4 replacement.

BAND 3 · PUBLISHED

S3–S5

Late-progression band using the realistic development envelope: S3 around 7–8★, S4 around 3–8★, and S5 around 1–5★.

Provisional baseline for this chart: S3 = 7★ · S4 = 6★ · S5 = 3★. These are comparison assumptions, not a claim of mathematical star equivalence.

Goal: show when developed S3/S4 ants still remain practical beside newer S5 choices.

BAND 4 · CURRENT

S4–S6

Current Season 6 maturity band: S4 around 3–8★, S5 around 1–5★, and newly acquired S6 ants normally 0★ unless duplicates were obtained.

Goal: realistic current-account recommendations, separate from the PTP ceiling chart.

Chart rule: every finished maturity lineup will show the specific assumed star level beside each ant. The range defines the maturity envelope; it does not imply that a 3★ and 8★ version of the same ant are equivalent.

Use the source-backed formations as the starting point, then compare the exact developed ants under the same insect, soldier tier, reforms, mutations, gear/evolution and PvE target. Keep the older formation when the newer S6 route does not produce a repeatable damage gain.

Provisional comparison baseline: S4 = 6★ · S5 = 3★ · S6 = 0★. This sits inside the current-season maturity envelope of S4 = 3–8★, S5 = 1–5★ and newly acquired S6 = normally 0★. Source tier labels are retained as evidence references; they are not recalculated ratings at these exact star levels.

Current-season PvP rule: do not assume the two-S6 route wins simply because it is newer. Compare the exact developed ants under the same opponent, insect, soldier tier, reforms, mutations and gear/evolution. At this baseline, the mature S4/S5 bridge remains a legitimate fallback while 0★ S6 ants are still developing.

Start with White Crystal → Blue Velvet → Giant Jaw as the control. Test one S6 substitution at a time under identical insect, soldier tier, reforms, mutations, gear/evolution and PvE target. This path is separate from normal progression. It assumes a player may buy duplicate S6 ants over time and asks which S6 ants have the highest combat ceiling when similarly developed.

PvE rule: optimize for attack, burst, skill damage, damage amplification, offensive debuffs, proc frequency and position synergy. Defense and healing receive no weight unless they directly increase total damage output.

Front: Spotted Hunter S6 — evidence-supported PvE anchor.

Middle: Tiger Velvet S6 — ALL-S6 PvE TEST CANDIDATE.

Back: Sickle Jaw S6 — evidence-supported PvE anchor.

S6-only test trio: Spotted Hunter S6 → Tiger Velvet S6 → Sickle Jaw S6. The expanded PvE provisional chart records this exact formation as an S-rated Middle Replacement.

Mixed-season benchmark: Spotted Hunter S6 → Rainbow Chaser S5 → Sickle Jaw S6 remains the stronger verified S+ PvE specialist reference.

Current damage verdict: the source evidence does not support promoting the all-S6 trio above the mixed-season benchmark. Until like-for-like PTP testing proves otherwise, Rainbow Chaser S5 remains the stronger evidence-backed middle slot for maximum PvE output.

PTP test protocol: hold insect, troop size, soldier tier, reforms, mutations, gear/evolution and target constant. Compare repeated total-damage runs for Spotted Hunter → Rainbow Chaser → Sickle Jaw against Spotted Hunter → Tiger Velvet → Sickle Jaw. Ignore defense/healing except where they measurably preserve or increase damage.

Research checkpoint: S6-only Shooter PvE is complete as a TEST formation, but the mixed S6/S5 specialist remains the current evidence-backed damage benchmark. No S6-only Best-in-Slot promotion until repeated damage totals overturn the present S vs S+ source ranking.

GUARDIAN · PvE

Maximum Offensive Output

Current PvE evidence: the September 4, 2026 Guardian PvE tier list shows no S6 ant in the S+ Guardian formation. An S6 Guardian appears in the Middle slot of an S-tier formation, so this PTP chart keeps S6 placement evidence separate from older-ant S+ benchmarks.

Front: Brute Ant S6 — TEST CANDIDATE. Official Brute Ant material identifies it as a powerful Front Line Guardian, and all three recommended formations place it in Front. Its PvE value comes from counterattack damage and damage conversion effects, not from defense/healing alone.

Middle: Umber Knight S6 — TEST CANDIDATE. Project evidence classifies Umber Knight as Support / Attack with Front / Middle potential; the current PvE tier image gives the strongest S6 placement signal in the middle slot.

Back: Scarlet Jaw S6 — TEST CANDIDATE. Its verified long-range burst kit makes it the strongest evidence-backed S6 Guardian to test in Back, but current PvE tier evidence does not prove it as Best-in-Slot.

Scarlet Jaw S6 — BACK TEST PRIORITY: verified kit includes a round 3 / round 6 700% massive-damage skill hitting all surviving enemy squads, plus long-range pressure. Back is the first controlled PvE slot test; promotion still requires repeatable total-damage gains.

Brute Ant S6 — FRONT TEST PRIORITY: official skill material confirms Front Line placement. Its kit includes 250% counterattack damage, up to 50% additional counterattack damage against controlled targets, and a healing-overflow mechanic that can trigger 380% damage to a random enemy squad. Those offensive conversions make it relevant to PvE despite its defensive identity.

Guardian PTP test order: Brute Ant in Front, Umber Knight in Middle, Scarlet Jaw in Back. This is an S6-only TEST formation, not a locked Best-in-Slot trio. Promotion requires repeatable PvE damage gains; healing and damage reduction count only when they directly create or preserve offensive output.

CONTROLLED BENCHMARK: White Crystal S4 → Blue Velvet S5 → Giant Jaw S5 remains the established Guardian PvE S+ benchmark in the project. White Crystal supplies AoE pressure, Blue Velvet is primarily healing/control support, and Giant Jaw supplies marked-target damage plus support.

S6 TEST TRIO: Brute Ant S6 → Umber Knight S6 → Scarlet Jaw S6 has a more offense-dense role profile on paper: Front counterattack/damage conversion, Middle Support + Attack, and Back long-range burst. That is a test hypothesis, not proof of higher PvE damage.

RESULT STATUS: NO WINNER LOCKED. The archive contains role/skill evidence but not a like-for-like repeated damage dataset proving that the S6 trio beats the established benchmark. Keep the S6 trio at TEST until repeated PvE totals show a clear gain.

TEST PROTOCOL: hold insect, troop size, soldier tier, reforms, mutations, gear/evolution and target constant; run repeated benchmark trials and repeated S6-trio trials; compare total damage and consistency, not survivability. Healing/defense count only when they preserve or increase offensive output.

PTP PvE rule: defense and healing carry no independent weight. A Guardian rises only through higher total damage, damage amplification, offensive debuffs, proc value, or synergy that measurably increases team output.

Status: CURRENT PvE FRONT ANCHOR IDENTIFIED — Ladybug is confirmed in S+ Carrier PvE formations, but Middle versus Back remains unresolved.

Spotted Velvet S6: VERIFIED SUPPORT CARRIER + CURRENT PvE FRONT ANCHOR. The September 4, 2026 Carrier PvE tier list places Spotted Velvet in Front in every S+ formation shown. Its verified kit adds direct damage, skill-suppression pressure, Infection-style damage amplification, and additional round-based damage.

Carrier candidate intake:

  • Spotted Velvet S6 — Carrier class and offensive kit verified; Front placement supported by the current September 2026 S+ Carrier PvE tier list.
  • Ladybug Ant S6 — CURRENT CARRIER PvE PLACEMENT EVIDENCE. It appears in the September 2026 Carrier PvE tier list in S+ formations, including Middle and Back positions. Full skill-kit verification is still required before declaring a Best-in-Slot role.
  • Amber Belly S6 — Carrier class verified; full skill evidence available; toxin/support profile remains a Back-slot test candidate rather than a current S+ reference.

PTP PvE current evidence:

Spotted Velvet S6 — FRONT / CURRENT S+ EVIDENCE: the freshest Carrier PvE source now places Spotted Velvet in Front across all S+ formations displayed. For this PvE-only chart, that supersedes the older March promotional recommendation that showed it in Middle.

Ladybug Ant S6 — MIDDLE/BACK S+ PLACEMENT CANDIDATE: the September 4, 2026 Carrier PvE tier list shows Ladybug in both Middle and Back positions within S+ formations. That source confirms high-end PvE placement, but it does not establish that one of those two slots is superior. A verified Ladybug skill sheet is still missing, so no slot winner is declared.

Amber Belly S6 — SECONDARY TOXIN / SUPPORT COMPARISON: verified card data identifies Middle as preferred and Back as an alternative, but its kit is weighted heavily toward healing, defense, toxin pressure, and effect extension. For this PvE power chart, it remains a comparison ant rather than the default Back winner.

Front: Spotted Velvet S6 — CURRENT S+ PvE FRONT ANCHOR.

Front benchmark beaten at reference level: the current September 2026 Carrier PvE tier list places Spotted Velvet-led formations in S+, above the older S5/S4 benchmark layer used earlier in this project.

Middle: Ladybug Ant S6 — S+ PLACEMENT CANDIDATE.

Back: Ladybug Ant S6 — S+ PLACEMENT CANDIDATE.

Ladybug slot test: treat Middle and Back as equal-priority tests. Hold Spotted Velvet in Front, keep all other variables stable, then compare repeated PvE damage totals with Ladybug in Middle versus Back. Promote a slot only after a repeatable damage gain.

Why no final call yet: the current tier-list image demonstrates that both positions are viable at S+ level, but it does not publish a within-tier ordering or a complete Ladybug skill breakdown.

Important PTP rule: this remains an S6-only power chart. Older ants are retained only as comparison benchmarks. Fresh PvE-specific formation evidence takes precedence over older general promotional positioning when the two conflict.

Carrier research checkpoint: Rev150 keeps Spotted Velvet locked to Front and treats Ladybug Ant as an equal Middle/Back S+ placement candidate. The September 4 PvE tier list supports both positions, but does not provide enough evidence to rank one above the other. No verified Ladybug skill sheet was found in the current project archive or official/forum sources reviewed, so the final Middle-versus-Back call remains open rather than guessed.

Publication rule: no S6 ant is labeled “best in slot” until its complete kit, intended soldier class, position value and offensive contribution are verified. This prevents newer-season status from being mistaken for proven superiority.
